Data processed inside the Kahya app is subject to Kahya's own privacy notice and its notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

The name, company, email, phone number, services of interest and message content you share in the contact form.
Technical logs needed for the site to work (IP address, browser information, request time).
This site does not use visitor tracking or analytics tools.
How data is used
We use your data only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and meet our legal obligations.
We do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.
Sharing with third parties
Form messages reach us through our email delivery provider. Data is not shared with any service provider other than for hosting and email.
We do not sell your personal data.
