Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is SAYOS (Bolu, Türkiye).

Purpose of processing

To respond to your contact and quote requests, conduct pre-contract discussions and meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

Being directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, a legal obligation, and legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5(2)).

Transfer

Data is shared only with the service providers we work with for hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent the service requires. Some of these providers may be located abroad.
