What we did
A portal where dealers order at their own prices and see their balances and documents. Head office follows every dealer's orders and account status from one screen.

Before
Dealers called head office for orders and prices. Orders were on the phone, balances in accounting and price lists scattered across email.
Now
Dealers see the right price and enter their own orders. Head office knows what each dealer wants and how much they owe without asking.
