What we did
Software we wrote from scratch for the company's vehicle, account balance, income and expense, staff and payroll records. It is used inside the company and includes the AI assistant Zekai.

Before
Vehicles, customer and supplier accounts, staff and payroll were kept in separate spreadsheets. Checking the status of a vehicle or a customer meant opening several files side by side.
Now
All records are in one system and linked to each other. A vehicle's costs, a customer's debt or a month's payroll total is on one screen, and simply typing the question to Zekai is enough.
